同身為永續影響力學院第二屆學員之一，協助學院進行開幕典禮活動籌畫及相關準備，為第二屆課程開啟良好的序章，並為學院新學員提供啟發性的起點，讓其了解永續影響力的核心價值與學習方向，展示學院的專業與永續理念，讓學員對未來課程充滿期待。

As a fellow participant in the second session of the Sustainable Impact Academy, assisted in planning and preparing the opening ceremony. The goal is to create a strong start for the new program, inspire new participants by introducing the core values and learning pathways of sustainability, and showcase the academy’s professionalism and dedication to sustainability. This will build excitement and anticipation for the upcoming courses.

⊙ 辦 法 Solutions

❶ 活動規劃：

包含場地布置規劃、流程動線安排、活動主持人、活動餐飲提供、活動物品製作及洽購作業等事前作業。

Event Planning: Organize venue setup, flow coordination, host arrangements, catering, and the production or procurement of event materials to ensure all preparations are completed seamlessly.

❷ 視覺設計：

針對活動主題設計視覺提案，並延伸製作相關活動用品，於活動現場使用營造活動氛圍。

Visual Design: Develop theme-based visual concepts, extending these designs to event materials used on-site to create a cohesive and immersive atmosphere.

❸ 現場執行：

安排經驗豐富工作人員，協助現場流程順利進行。

On-Site Execution: Deploy experienced staff to manage the event, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any real-time needs.

⊙ 成 果 Results

❶ 成功讓新學員們互相認識，通過活動互動與分享環節增強彼此的連結，形成充滿支持與共鳴的學習社群。

Successfully facilitated meaningful interactions among new participants, fostering connections through activities and sharing sessions. This laid the foundation for a supportive and resonant learning community.
