❶ 打造文化內容展示與交流平台:透過主題館呈現文化內容產業的多元面貌,讓團隊能有效展示品牌價值並與企業、投資端建立連結。
Establish a platform for cultural content showcase and exchange: Through a themed pavilion, present the diverse landscape of the cultural content industry, enabling teams to effectively showcase brand value and build connections with enterprises and investors.

❷ 強化文策院於文化 × 產業鏈結 × 全球市場 中的加速器角色:藉由完善的媒合規劃,協助文化內容團隊與企業、投資端建立具體合作可能,促進跨域合作與資源媒合。
Strengthen TAICCA’s accelerator role across Culture × Industry Linkages × Global Markets: Through well-structured matchmaking mechanisms, facilitate concrete collaboration opportunities between cultural content teams, enterprises, and investors, fostering cross-sector partnerships and resource integration.

❸ 打造具永續概念與專業形象的展會參與模式:透過展會參與推動文策院品牌能見度,並落實永續展會精神,傳達 ESG 友善的展場理念。
Create a professional, sustainability-driven exhibition participation model: Enhance TAICCA’s brand visibility through exhibition participation while embodying sustainable exhibition principles and communicating ESG-friendly exhibition concepts.


⊙ 辦 法 Solutions
❶ 以「科技敘事 × 沉浸體驗」為展館設計主軸,打造充滿未來感的展區視覺與動線。主體結構採用模組化展架與金屬浪板,落實 ESG 精神並提升展場可重複使用性。
“Technology-Driven Storytelling × Immersive Experience” Pavilion Design: Adopted a futuristic visual language and spatial flow, utilizing modular exhibition systems and corrugated metal panels to embody ESG values and enhance reusability.

❷ 針對八家團隊進行一對一需求診斷,依據發展階段與合作目標精準配對資源單位。規劃展會兩日完整媒合時程、現場引導與後續追蹤,建構高效率的跨域合作流程。
One-on-One Needs Assessment and Precision Matchmaking: Conducted individual diagnostics for eight teams, aligning resource partners based on each team’s development stage and collaboration goals. Designed a comprehensive two-day matchmaking schedule with on-site facilitation and post-event follow-up to build an efficient cross-sector collaboration pipeline.





❸ 協助團隊完成大會安排之創業家開講、投資人媒合會及企業媒合會等活動,並統籌八家團隊採訪流程,於活動後進行媒體露出,強化團隊曝光與文策院展區整體能見度。
Integrated Program Support and Media Exposure: Supported teams in participating in official sessions such as Founder Talks, Investor Matchmaking, and Corporate Matchmaking events. Coordinated media interviews for all eight teams and secured post-event media coverage to strengthen team exposure and enhance overall visibility of the TAICCA pavilion.



⊙ 成 果 Results
❶ 展區的科技感、沉浸視覺與永續材質獲得廣泛肯定,高辨識度設計成功吸引關注,提升整體停留度並強化文策院的品牌形象。
The pavilion’s futuristic aesthetics, immersive visuals, and sustainable materials received widespread recognition. The highly distinctive design successfully attracted attention, increased visitor dwell time, and reinforced TAICCA’s brand image.
❷ 經由前期診斷與精準媒合,協助團隊在展會期間與多家企業、投資端深入交流,兩日共促成 80+ 場媒合,截至 10 月已帶動 6 件合作案落地及 1 件潛在合作案。
Through pre-event diagnostics and precise matchmaking, teams engaged in in-depth exchanges with multiple enterprises and investors. Over the two-day exhibition, 80+ matchmaking meetings were conducted, resulting in six confirmed collaborations and one potential collaboration as of October.

❸ 透過展區曝光、行銷活動與現場互動,八家團隊於展期中社群關注度大幅提升,累積超過 580 位新增追蹤者,有效提升品牌能見度,擴大文化內容的市場關注。
Leveraging pavilion exposure, marketing activities, and on-site interactions, the eight teams saw a significant increase in social media engagement during the exhibition period, gaining over 580 new followers, effectively boosting brand visibility and expanding market attention for cultural content.
