⊙ 目 標 Goals
透過 5G、AR 等技術，打造熱蘭遮 VTuber 遠距即時導覽系統，能同時服務大量遊客，擺脫了真人導覽的許多限制，卻能保留真人導覽的溫度與互動性，能使導覽服務及品質標準化與規模化。
Using 5G and AR technology, develop the Zeelandia VTuber Remote Live Guided Tour System. This system can serve a large number of visitors simultaneously, overcoming the limitations of traditional in-person guides while retaining the warmth and interactivity of human-led tours. It enables the standardization and scalability of guided tour services and quality.
⊙ 辦 法 Solutions
❶ 新型態的文化場域導覽服務模式：
與南臺科技大學技術團隊合作，由真人導覽員在「遠端導覽室」中幕後扮演「安平獅」VTuber 虛擬角色，透過 5G 導覽系統，AI 輔助演出生動的表情與肢體動作，在線上帶領現場遊客進行熱蘭遮地區的散步旅行導覽。根據解說內容以及與遊客的互動，適時顯示影像、動畫、文字或 3D，遊客能以手勢操作來瀏覽建築、人物、器物的 3D，安平獅也能即時回答遊客所提的問題，如同與真人導覽員互動一般。
Innovative Cultural Site Tour Service Model: In collaboration with the technical team from Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, a human guide operates behind the scenes as the virtual character Anping Lion VTuber in a “Remote Guide Room.” Using a 5G-guided tour system and AI-enhanced expressions and gestures, the VTuber leads visitors through a walking tour of the Zeelandia area. Based on the content and real-time interactions with visitors, the system displays relevant visuals, animations, text, or 3D models. Visitors can navigate 3D representations of buildings, artifacts, and historical figures using hand gestures. The Anping Lion VTuber responds instantly to visitor questions, creating a dynamic, human-like interactive experience.
❷ 導覽活動辦理：
活動事前規劃及宣傳、報名資訊彙整及聯繫、活動相關硬體設備租用、活動視覺輸出品設計及輸出製作、現場執行工作人員安排、保險。
Tour Event Management: Handled pre-event planning and promotion, registration coordination and communication, rental of necessary hardware, design and production of event visuals, on-site staff arrangement, and insurance coverage.
⊙ 成 果 Results
❶ 透過線上曝光宣傳，達成網路報名名額全滿，實際參與民眾達 200 餘名。
Full Online Registration: Achieved full capacity for online registrations, with over 200 participants attending the event in person.
❷ 為新型態的文化場域導覽服務模式增添應用經歷，升級台南的深度旅遊體驗，亦能擴散至其他文化場域，以及導入商業模式建立導覽服務品牌。
Enhanced Cultural Tour Experience: Introduced a new application for this innovative cultural site tour model, elevating Tainan’s immersive travel experience. The system shows potential for expansion to other cultural sites and commercialization, paving the way for establishing a guided tour service brand.
